Hello to all! This blog is dedicated to Chet and Linda Foster's 40th anniversary trip! It will be 40 days and 40 nights of Chet and Linda driving across the wilderness of western Canada and, eventually, Alaska! Linda and Chet will be posting on here from wherever they are in the world. The trip starts July 4th and goes to August 13th!

Fairbanks, Alaska
Kathy, Strangers take the pictures of the two of us, and we return the favor...
We went to Chena Hot Springs and that is as far north as we will travel. Tomorrow we go south toward Denali and Anchorage.
When Chris & I took the train from Anchorage to Fairbanks, we stayed in Denali & took the bus tour. 1st time I saw a Grizzly, I knew I loved Alaska! Stay safe & have fun! (BTW, the guide told us that the locals called bicyclists: MEALS ON WHEELS, ha ha)
