Still lots of traffic when we get close to a town. We are in Ft. St.
John, British Columbia tonight. Our pace will not be quick...from the
maps it looks like our choice is 300 or 600 miles a day between decent
places to stay, so we are choosing 300. Scenery continues to be
spectacular, crossed the Peace River and couldn't get a picture...but
it was a site to see! You never know what will be around the next
curve or over the next hill...We keep the camera ready, but still we
miss a lot! We have seen "watch for moose" signs, but have not seen
any...and no bears, yet...we are hoping and looking.
just a note from the lower 48, tried Lobster shanty aka tom and terrys, snappers, beach side and it is really fun. Motif of wicked witch, rubby red slippers under house etc. great views, fun and open space all with views, food has promise. You will love it. Whimsical.....thinking of you. Hope they have bars along the way. Love Andi
